What is a Cinematic Location Portraits workshop?

Capitalise on the fantastic emerging trend developing in the portrait market.

By styling clients in feature rich locations you can create the bigger picture reminiscent of a Hollywood romance. Compliment the big portraits with intimacy and details to produce a shooting experience full of beauty, elegance, wonderful light and compositional heaven.

Spend a day learning about light, business tips and tricks. Create a dynamic portfolio to empower yourself to offer a new trend in social photography.

What you will learn:

1. Posing ideas and easy-to-use repeatable systems to make your clients go wild with excitement when they see their pictures.

2. You will receive hands-on instruction about finding and controlling ambient light, plus mixing ambient light with off camera TTL flash.

3. You will learn how to interact with a couple and generate a creative flow. You will be taught how to 'see' pictures where you may think none exist. This event is a down to earth creative session on fashion photography that will push you beyond your usual photographic comfort zone.

Who should attend?

This workshop is ideal for all professional wedding and portrait photographers wishing to expand their creative abilities to produce beautiful bridal or fashion photography. This workshop uses some advanced lighting set ups so expect to be challenged.

What you will have at the end of the day to take away:

1. Shooting in and around the location you will be producing portfolio images that you can use right away, on your website, in brochures or on your studio walls. The models we use are professionals and will be patient.

2. You will have a new repertoire of images you can shoot, and above all, access to professional image making skills that have a high repeatable value. You will have the edge over your competition and you will feel renewed excitement for bridal and fashion photography.

The exception to this is if we have prior notice and are able to put a cancellation place back online AND your place is resold. In this event we will of course make a full refund or credit to you.
