A masterclass in lighting from two of the country's leading photographers .
Learn to take striking portraits using natural light, continuous lighting and big flash for those 'wow' moments your clients will keep coming back for.
On this workshops Damien will show you how to use continuous light to create high and low key fashion style images in a variety of location interiors from bedrooms to staircases. His lighting knowledge, experience and wisdom will be freely shared with passion in a way that is easy to grasp and understand.
Martin will show you how to use flash lighting to the max. How to separate tones, lift out subjects and reveal the three dimensions in a two dimensional image. Whether you currently own powerful location flash equipment or not, understanding how to use it is a must for the modern portrait and commercial photographer. "Kit can be hired for a shoot, but knowledge of how to use it cannot" says Damien. "The skills you will learn on this workshop will be with you for life."

Sarah said "It was an amazing day… natural light, continuous light (LOVE that lupo!), speedlights, big flash in daylight… Katy McGee is simply amazing. The high and low key with natural light and shutters/curtains was genius. Thank you Damien and Martin, it was fab. See you in Italy!" (her images are shown here & here.)

Cancellation Policy
As our costs for each workshop remain the same no matter how many delegates attend, please note that just like any pre-booked tickets for the theatre, concert, flights etc, we are unable to give any refund in the event of non-attendance, regardless of the circumstances. The exception to this is if we have prior notice and are able to put a cancellation place back online AND your place is resold. In this event we will of course make a full refund or credit to you. We also reserve the right to cancel any workshop if there is insufficient demand, especially if it means that our costs would be higher than our income.
