The Broncolor Mobil unit has a full 1200 Ws power output. Why do we need all that power? The one drawback with a Speedlight approach to location lighting is that the light source is small and creates hard shadows. When zoomed in, Speedlights have no problem coping with any amount of ambient light for most portrait applications out in daylight. However, once you introduce a soft box, a Sunbounce reflector or umbrella, the light output softens, spreads in all directions, and diminishes in quantity at an alarming rate. On bright days in the street a Speedlight with a modifier just can’t cope.

This high power portable flash kit provides the solution. It is used by fashion industry photographers throughout the world and typically produces 24 times the light output of a Speedlight.
